Our department’s academic and research excellence has enabled eighteen students from self-supported project teams to pursue higher education in reputed universities across India.
Collaboration is central to our research philosophy. We actively integrate with other departments to scientifically validate traditional Indian medicines such as Siddha and Ayurvedic products. Our research also focuses on elucidating pharmacological pathways of therapeutic agents targeting diabetes, hepatic disorders, diuresis, and central nervous system modulation.
