Once the customer hands over their vehicle to our authorized representative, Aqua Car Spa assumes total responsibility for the vehicle.
We are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during pick and drop services.
Customers must schedule pick and drop services in advance to ensure availability.
Aqua Car Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once a service is scheduled, the service amount is non-refundable.
Payment for pick and drop services must be made in advance or as agreed upon at the time of scheduling.
No refunds will be issued for cancelled or rescheduled services.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
