The AQUA SELF DRIVE CARS will NOT deliver cars to customers under the age of 21 years, even if they have a valid driving license.
Customers must be at least 21 years old to take delivery of the rental car.
This policy is strictly enforced for all customers, and no exceptions will be made.

Note: This is to ensure that we can verify your identity and address for car delivery purposes.
1. Zero Deposit: Standard premium deposit option available
2. Bike Deposit:
Accepted for bikes models 2016 and above
The bike deposit will serve as the security deposit for car delivery
5-seater vehicles: ₹100 per hour
6, 7, and 8-seater vehicles: ₹200 per hour
2. Long-term Extension (more than 24 hours):The normal daily price will apply
The vehicle's engine will automatically shut off after the scheduled return time if not extended or returned
If cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup, 100% refund.
If cancelled 24 hours prior to pickup, 50% refund.
If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pickup, no refund.
2. No-show: No refund if the customer fails to pick up the car at the scheduled time.
3. Early return: No refund for early return of the car.
4. Damage or penalty: No refund if the car is damaged or if there are any traffic penalties.
5. Booking amount: The booking amount is non-refundable.
6. Refund processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
In case of damage, the rent amount will not be refunded.
No adjustments will be made for another car booking.
2. Damage CoverageFor damages up to ₹2 lakhs, no insurance will apply, and the customer must pay ₹2 lakhs.
For damages exceeding ₹2 lakhs, the customer must pay ₹2 lakhs. If STANDARD premium protection is taken, the customer must pay ₹15000
3. Insurance Claim ProcessCustomer must obtain an FIR copy from the police station.
Customer must provide their driving license for insurance application.
Customer must visit the police station and insurance company multiple times for verification until the insurance process is completed.
4. Damage Protection PlanFees for the damage protection plan are non-refundable once the vehicle is delivered.
Note: Please carefully review this policy before booking, as it outlines significant financial responsibilities in case of damage. Understand the terms and conditions to avoid any disputes or surprises.
Please arrive for pickup at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
2. Automatic Cancellation:If the customer fails to pick up the car within the designated timeframe (before the scheduled pickup time), the booking will be canceled automatically.
3. No Refund:In case of automatic cancellation, there will be NO REFUND of the advance amount paid.
Note: Plan to arrive early to ensure a smooth pickup process and avoid automatic cancellation. If you're running late, notify the provider as soon as possible to discuss possible alternatives.
