Warranty Policy

Exclusions:

Physical damage to the car is not covered under warranty.

Note: The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures, not damages caused by accidents, misuse, or external factors. In other words, if the car is damaged due to physical impact, accident, or intentional damage, the warranty will not apply, and the customer will be responsible for the GENERAL SERVICE

Car Service Policy

1. Aqua Car Service

Our comprehensive car service includes:

  • Oil change
  • Replacement of oil filter
  • Replacement of AC filter
  • Other necessary maintenance tasks

We are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during pick and drop services.

Transparency

We will share videos of the service process with the customer, showcasing the work done, including:

  • Oil change
  • Filter replacements
  • Other maintenance tasks

This way, customers can see the work being done on their vehicle and have a clear understanding of the services performed.

Car Handover Policy

1. Agent Identification: Our agents will wear a uniform with the company's brand logo.

2. Verification: Before handing over the car, please verify the agent's identity by checking their uniform and brand logo.

3. Security Measure: Do not hand over the car to anyone who is not wearing the company's uniform and logo.

4. Safety First: This measure ensures the security and safety of your vehicle. By following this policy, you can ensure that your car is only handed over to authorized personnel, providing an added layer of security and peace of mind.

Car Handover Protocol

1. Photo Verification: When submitting your car to our agent, request them to share photos of the vehicle with you.

2. Proof of Condition: These photos will serve as proof of the car's condition at the time of handover.

3. Transparency: This ensures transparency and accountability throughout the process. By requesting photos, you can ensure a clear record of your car's condition, reducing potential disputes or concerns when the vehicle is returned.

Vehicle Parts Pricing Policy

1. Market Fluctuations: Prices of car parts may fluctuate (increase or decrease) in response to market conditions.

2. Dynamic Pricing: Our prices will adjust accordingly to reflect current market situations.

3. No Fixed Pricing: We do not guarantee fixed prices for vehicle parts, as they are subject to change based on market demand and supply.
